I’m a New York City based brand, marketing, and business strategist who believes people are deeply cool — and that good strategy starts by paying attention to them.

What I Do

LOYALTY, CRM & LIFECYCLE

Points, emails, journeys, the “why would I come back"?” question. I work with data and research teams to turn behavior into insight, and insight into loyalty programs and CRM strategies that feel like 1:1 relationships.

BRAND & COMMS STRATEGY

The story, the position, the promise. I help brands figure out what they stand for, who they’re really talking to, and how to show up in a way that feels true — on decks, in campaigns, and everywhere in between.

RESEARCH & INSIGHT

Focus groups, surveys, social listening, quiet observation. I design and synthesize research to get past what people say and closer to what they feel — then translate it into simple, useful strategies the whole team can rally around.

SOCIAL & CONTENT

From “what are we even doing on this channel?” to clear roles, ideas and content hierarchies. I build social and content strategies that respect people’s feeds, give creative teams something sharp to make, and keep brands culturally aware.
